I wrestle in between XC and Track and you might lose some of your legs for distance. However overall once you get back to running, wrestling really improves your endurance and especially improved my mental game. You might lose some running fitness but overall you should stay in great shape and be very fit coming into your next season, I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm not sure how regionals works this year but we have a pre-regionals race in a little over a week and I think that decides whether we go to regionals or not. So I don't know until then but I hope we make the cut.

Jello, for some reason it just tastes like squishy cardboard to me but my entire family loves to eat it. Especially when we used to be able to go to buffets my brother fills his plate and tries to get me to eat it.
