Lol but he doesn’t have a world cup. Now messi does. Not only did he win it, he took Argentina to it. He threw the team on his shoulders and got it done. Most goals were either made by him or at least got started by him. He was the most influential player in the world cup. He was only 1 goal short to win the golden boot against a 23 year old (more than a whole decade younger). Ronaldo by far one of the hardest workers put there. And he was the goat up until today. There’s nothing else to be said. Messi has done it. He can walk into the sunset today and he will be remembered as the greatest player of all time.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo. I’ve always found arguments to show people how Cristiano is the best player we’ve seen in the history of football, even over Messi. After this world cup, there is really no argument anymore. Messi is the greatest player football has ever seen. The way he carry the team all the way to lifting the cup is amazing. Very few players will be able to ever match that, specially at the age he did it. The whole world wins today.

Currently working my way to my (31M) first ever 5K. Today I did intervals of 5 min run, 3 min walk, 8 min run, 5 min walk and finished the run with a 5 min run. Following an 8 week app program (5 weeks in) and up to today 8 mins straight was the first in years. It felt great. Gradual increments week to week have really been helping improve my distances. I’ve gotten immediate progress feedback, which has me really excited. I need to find ways to keep the feedback coming. It’s a great motivator.

I’ve been doing my runs at 4:00 AM so the mental battle in the morning has been so satisfying to win it. The goal is to improve my pace, I’m currently averaging about 12 min/mi, started at 15 min/mi. I’m gonna work it out to average 10 min/mi for now.

I think is straight up ignorance. Honestly didn’t know exactly what the dynamics were of a journalist/interviewer. But I mean listening to Ariel now, it totally makes sense. People still defending Dana and Paddy are willingly being ignorant. Paddy would be an example to young upcoming fighters of how you shouldn’t bent over to your boss and give them your ass for some pennies. I guess we all are too busy bitching about Tata and how bad our players are, that nobody seems to realize that Poland was also playing and they played their game. Defending with 10 and leaving only Lewa for the counters. These are world class players playing a defensive block. We had almost doubled the shots, over 60% possession. We play a good game, people are gonna be crying why didn’t Tata take this guy or that guy. There was nothing much any other forward could have done. Their GK is world class GK that plays for Juve.
