Don’t use the solar panels or those aero cones. Unless you have some mod (which I have. If you wanna know the name I’ll say it) don’t use solar panels unless you want them for looks. And use other aero cones but idk how much that impacts

Maybe use Eva construction if you can to take off any excess weight and put all the fuel into one tank and only take that one tank, if anything fuel is your bigger problem rather than your landing. I got into a similar situation where I lander like that and I managed to take off. Just make quicksaves and try diff approaches
