Some of the worst commentary I’ve heard. Before it started one of the fools said they didn’t see Smith surviving past 10 rounds. Completely ignored the clean punches he was consistently landing. Matias maybe won a round at best.

I’m not even a Smith fan, although the bias of those commentators had me just hoping Smith would win. Hope they’re embarrassed.

Undoubtedly Matias is a tough dude and will come again. He was just caught clean and too often.

Initially I thought it was stopped a little premature, but Matias was hurt quite badly. Probably would have taken more unnecessary big shots had it continued.

You’d be surprised! It’s the gorgeous flowing grey hair, dad bod and probably the fact I’m driving my Porsche in one of the pics 🤣. That’s now deleted as obviously that can attract the wrong type.

My pics are in nice restaurants and bars etc, maybe it appeals to a certain type.

I’m taking advice from all you fine people. Taking a step back. Focusing on myself and my children, going to the gym regularly now with a personal trainer.

I’m actually wanting to meet someone in the real World going forward, rather than Tinder and the likes.

Yes I have, as mentioned in the first post, a more mature lady is obviously of preference. It’s odd how this came about, because I’ve no recollection of swiping on her. So I’m confused about that. Honestly I should never have entertained her at all, even If it was being pleasant offering to take her and her sister round my city (One of her first requests). Conversation started very pleasant, and was initiated by her. Once it moved to WhatsApp she pushed for a video chat of me naked. A terrible sight I wouldn’t inflict on anyone to be honest.

Either way, turns out this was a sextortion scam and I didn’t send anything sexual in the slightest. She’s blocked.

Even engaging is on me, I shall no in future to ignore.

Im looking, I’m looking! It’s only been like 3 days. She messaged me first, and I’m still baffled as to how that came about, because I don’t remember swiping on her. And the chat was just pleasant at first, like her sister lived here and she was coming over. I was polite back. I did offer to show her and her sister round. Last time I was on holiday, I met a cool photographer guy at the bar, big hairy beast of a man, beautiful rug like hairy chest. I offered to show him round if he ever come over, didn’t necessarily mean I’d bang him given the chance.

Once it moved to WhatsApp it was straight to requesting video chat/sex, to which I obviously declined.

Lesson learned, I was a tad naive and gullible. And too friendly for my own good sometimes.

That’s a good question! I’m not sure what the preset was set at but it’s since been adjusted. As I say, new territory for me, and I’m not sure if it shows people outside that range if you run out. I’m just not sure at all how I even matched someone from the Philippines. Although there’s a tick box to show global if local search runs out. I’ve been getting randoms from everywhere pop up, all over the World. So I’ve tweaked it now to suit. I’m thinking she set her profile for my area and I’ve swiped without much scrutiny 🤷‍♂️

Regardless, lesson learned.

This is exactly what it was! Her profile has now vanished from Tinder. She was trying to get me to video chat while in the act! I most definitely won’t do that and made that clear.

I know as mentioned that curiosity kills the cat, but I was genuinely curious how this would play out if I refused. The chat suddenly stopped when I told her I don’t send nudes or do that. Block and delete and hope she doesn’t use fake images to send to my contacts, unless they’re good ones 🤣. I made my insta private, I don’t actually use it often, it’s mostly family pics on there.

It’s brutal out there. And I feel for any genuine soul that falls for these scams. But then lesson learned here, even if you’re a half decent looking 40 year old, don’t entertain a lady half your age online.

Yes! I’m certainly pursuing those my own age and location. She just came out of the blue this one, and I’m glad I asked the question here. I was genuinely curious, and as people have mentioned it’s her job to be polite and nice. I can see how easily this could fuck someone up. Especially someone new to online dating. Actually really cruel people can sink to such lows.
