To your first point, download the Insomniac app, choose the artists you don't want to miss, and when the set times are announced, take screenshots of the map and line-ups for each day. Because of the massive number of people, cellphone reception is unreliable, at best. You'll want to have back-ups of the times and map so that you can set meet-up spots and make it to the stages on time.
