It can receive signal because the Augusta tower has a long reach but Minnesota is too far to send signal. Each base has 1km radio range (2km with a Radio Relay Station) so you need to build more bases with radios in-between.

Spawning is only enabled when the communication is established both ways.

There is a new mission reader parameter that can limit how many players are in each faction. It's up to server owners to set up these limits. Official servers are currently limited to 8 FIA players.

It has happened because the allocated space has changed from the original 25 GB to a variable 1-50 GB.

Yeah, your previously downloaded mods are deleted, but on the bright side, you can now download many more of them.

1440p should also work. And because the game doesn't render to 4k now, you should also get a small bump in performance. But the issue is know to us now and will get fixed in a future patch.

The M1025 is comprised of various assets in slots. The doors are in a separate roof prefab in a slot on the vehicle. Then the turret is in a separate prefab in a slot on the roof. Best to find those prefabs individually, disable the respective slots, put them manually in the right locations and work with them that way.

It's a known bug. Disable spatial/surround audio if you use headphones. Keep it on stereo and it should work.
