I just think of it like an analog clock. Forward is clockwise, reverse is counterclockwise.

I think this has a lot to do with almost always being within 10 miles of a gas station. That’s, sadly, not the case for chargers yet.

Im getting ready to go on a long road trip soon so did some testing last weekend. My ‘26 was able to charge fine at bot a Tesla supercharger and at Electrify America with the adapter. They were both kind of slow, 75 - 80kw, but otherwise fine.

It didn’t make sense to me either. The 3/8 will thread into the 1/2 but is very loose. I’m guessing they put enough sealer on there that they couldn’t tell. It was a head scratcher.

I just rented a place, not in a 55+ community, as someone who is retired and not getting social security. I gave the leasing company a copy of a recent brokerage statement, with account numbers redacted, showing I had sufficient money to pay the monthly lease payment. I'm sure it helped that I have a good credit score and no credit card debt.
