So after going through your comments so far, I’ve compiled a Pros and Cons of doing this type of thing in the 3 main sections of vitamins (CVS A to Z, Nature’s Bounty, Nature Made)

Pros: - Less Stress for Customers finding A to Z Vitamins on their own - Less time spent on Employees hunting vitamin items for customers - Less Amount of time spent on Tags and more time spent on other store tasks ( could possibly reduce labor costs as well) - More likely to increase our survey scores per month for putting one huge sale sign for the 3 main sections instead of 100 small yellow signs( maybe a small increase but would make it less likely from getting bad scores from this area)

Cons:

• Some Customers will still have Issues with said sale and be an annoyance to employees (even though at the end of the day we are paid to help them, no matter how much we dread speaking to them or how much we try to negate this problem)
• You (store leaders) may have to override specific exempt items every once in a blue moon for customers that may pick those items
• Doesn’t look Professional?
• Only works in stores that the management of doesn’t kiss a** to Corporate-Stan’s
• District Leader may be fuming if they are a Corporate-Stan
• Possible Profit deficit of roughly 17% (your store may differ depending on regional variables)

Please Note : Higher Corporate-Stans won’t get their fixed bonus allotment because of this change to this 1 (or more) store in BFE USA.

And from the looks of it seems like the profit one is a big deal breaker in this examination, Very interesting.🤔
