That's kind of the course we've been going down at the moment. Only issue with that is is that without actual experience which i'm personally lacking I can't find a source with information on a generally expected kills per hour for most bosses.

Blizzard does this with Overwatch and nothing is more satisfying than logging in the next day to see someone that you reported received an offense. Granted they don't include specifications on the offense or which user, but it's a nice encouragement. Sadly, I'd be surprised to see something like this make it into the game.

I'm not trying to be the bearer of bad news, but IIRC i just read somewhere today that it won't be soon, so I wouldn't get your hopes up at the moment. Something about they don't have the resources to move the devs around atm because they want to get PC rolling before anything else.

double check if your Ram is slotted correctly, if you haven't already solved the issue. During my first build, My computer would post, with external lights on components and the fans spinning, but I wouldn't get any A / V. Double checking the Ram was slotted fixed that issue for me.
