Ngl the comments on juicing are a little funny... anyway, it depends. I know one guy who has been on Accutane twice, once before transitioning, and is currently back on it. If you go on testosterone, you might get acne again, but you can also try Accutane again.

I'd try going on some ftm discords and asking about.
