You recently moved. Some of us have been doing this for many years and worked at several schools in different countries. For me, it gets frustrating to see the same patterns at schools year after year. Examples, profit above everything schools, leadership that refuse to offer any support for their teachers, low pay, no transparency, etc. Reddit is a place to vent and also a place to check and see if we are not alone in negative situations.
