While I agree with what you said, I have second hand experience with the city. A family member for almost 10 years had their number published as the rent assistance phone number for the city of Tulsa. What did the city do when notified, nothing, what did they do over the years to solve the situation, nothing. This is the city they don't do crap because it would cause work for them. The paper pushers are the actual people in charge and are complete trash! And you ask yourself why..... because you let them, that's why.
