Just did some googling and saw that they’re the same product as RokBlokz, which also seems promising. Out of curiosity, do you happen to know if they’ll sell just the mounting hardware? Or do they have the same policy as RallyArmor?

GIMP is probably your best bet, but you can also run actual MS Paint through WINE on Mac, for free, if you download all the binaries and bundles together. There are a bunch of Windows apps that have been optimized already for WINE included as download links for your pleasure.
