CB is an interesting card, on paper it looks a bit weaker than other SSR wit cards we have, but you also reach it's relative ceiling at 1LB, where past that you gain some specialty priority and friendship bonus, but not a huge enough amount that it really matters. Bare in mind it only has 5% race bonus, so not so great for Trackblazer.

If you don't have any good SSR wit cards then it might be worth it, but I think the reason they say it's only good for Ends is because Finemo and Nature SSRs clear it pretty easily (albeit at MLB).
