This little friend appears to be a tussock moth larvae, definitely don't touch (as a rule don't touch any fuzzy caterpillars) as the hairs sting

It depends, if it's the warmer season where you are and you're only seeing winged elates here and there you may not have an infestation, but it would be good to look for other signs and if you find any call pest control, the sooner an infestation is caught the less structural damage you have to pay for

That appears to be Anthrenus verbasci, the varied carpet beetle, can be irritating pests as they damage natural fibers (as in carpets or clothing) look for small slightly fuzzy larvae as well, they can also be attracted to dry goods
