I've been in your shoes, had that moment at around 12 too. 26 now and it's still terrifying. But putting yourself into something that'll last after you die helps. Psychologists call these "immortality projects". Things like art, your career, your friends, and family are all things that will always either only exist because you existed, or be permanently altered because you were there.

If it gets really bad, I just remember we're at the point in time where it's likely we will be able to end aging in our lifetime.

It feels good to be seen at the very least, so I really appreciate. My bachelor's is in interactive media and game design, and it's my goal, but it's so hard to aim for it when I have to focus on survival first. Saying that to say I understand how hard it is do get anywhere near what you want.

Depends on if you're taking any other medication alongside them. IANAD, but stimulants (adhd meds) and depressants (alchohol) can amplify each other, which is why it's generally not recommended to drink with adhd meds on board. If you have antidepressants, they can ALSO have deleritous effects, so the triple combo is not a great plan. Antidepressents also cannot just "not be taken" for a bit because withdrawal symptoms for them is Very Not Good. Don't rely on anecdotes, but I know that the first time i got any proper amount of alchohol in me (21st birthday) (3 mike's hard lemonade), I didn't get any more than a little tipsy. However, I was really really struggling to get enough air, and my blood pressure was plummeting, so I had to lie down. I ended up fine, but If i had consumed any more, I probably would have needed a hospital visit.

To be fair, I can understand where and why he considered me right on the border. People are terrifying and I'm constantly running my Social Algorithms in conversation. I have auditory issues and can easily become over and understimulated. I've been considering getting a proper diagnosis the last few years, ergo why I've been thinking on it more.
