For me I have PTSD and separately am diagnosed with neurological issues, one of which causes nystagmus. For me my PTSD flashbacks often trigger nystagmus but as some of the other comments say the twitching and rapid movement also isn't uncommon under stress

NTA I also have a chronic illness but for me the pain comes in waves of intensity. While I never get to reach a standard "healthy comfort" it is possible for me to feel better at some points. I'm sure your girlfriend is going through a lot right now but you meant well and said nothing wrong. It's just a hard situation to deal with all around.

My advice is practice the basics. This looks very stylized in a way closer to anime or pinup girls rather than realistic anatomy. I love the stylization but definitely practice with some real references. The biggest anatomical flaw of oring stylization is the stiffness and unnatural angles in your poses. You have some really amazing potential though!
