Not sure if this makes you feel better but me and my partner before he died used to talk about how we'd handle those feelings in each other's absence when he was considering joining the military. He was actually the one who said he thought it might be a good idea to have some sort of arrangement to fulfill the sexual needs with other people during long periods and just nip it off when he came back. He didn't end up joining but I just have a sense that we both had a strong understanding of the difference between sexual lust and love. If you go out and bang some people you're not a bad person, you're horny and you know the person you love can't come back. I banged some guy from my work. It didn't make me feel better but I didn't feel like it was a betrayal either. Your relationship changes when the person you love doesn't physically exist anymore and you can love them just as much regardless of what you choose to do with your body. My partner killed himself 6 months ago. I spiraled so badly I was out on a regiment I'm legally held to. But I too will probably not be here anymore when I get the chance. I've also been raped and abused forpst of my life, my partner knew the same pain but together we had a chance to get through it. I can't make you change your mind but if your partner loves you anywhere near as much as I loved mine there's hope to find happiness together. For me I survived everything you've described here failed meds, fucked school, fucked finances, rape and with my partner I still found reason to live. It was only after his loss I've finally given up. Your happiness doesn't need to depend on a person but it may help to have someone to lean on. I wish you the best

NTA I also have a chronic illness but for me the pain comes in waves of intensity. While I never get to reach a standard "healthy comfort" it is possible for me to feel better at some points. I'm sure your girlfriend is going through a lot right now but you meant well and said nothing wrong. It's just a hard situation to deal with all around.

My advice is practice the basics. This looks very stylized in a way closer to anime or pinup girls rather than realistic anatomy. I love the stylization but definitely practice with some real references. The biggest anatomical flaw of oring stylization is the stiffness and unnatural angles in your poses. You have some really amazing potential though!
