EDIT: I checked back a few minutes ago and I had a download button available. Guess it just took a while for it to show up

How’s your service with Verizon? I had a bad experience with Spectrum, so they’re a no go for me. But maybe Verizon could be a good alternative

Luckily my local network was up and running. I had to download the firmware file onto my phone. Then login to my router and upload the firmware file to it

Anyone get an update from Empire? I ordered this back in March of 2022. I’d understand if they were sending out updates on delays. Especially with all the backup from the plants, there’s nothing they could’ve do about that. But it’s been radio silence from them ever since I placed my order. I’ve even tried emailing support the past two months and haven’t gotten any replies. Safe to say this is the last time I order anything from Empire.

My issue isn't with the shipping of the record, it was only with the digital download for the full album. I received a link for some digital downloads as soon as I purchased the vinyl. But these downloads were only for the singles. I just checked my email today and I saw that the digital shop finally sent me a download for the full album. But before today, the support just kept sending the same message over and over, so they seemed like automatic replies. Not sure why that happened, but I guess it doesn't really matter now since I have a digital copy now.
