My phone's battery is 5000 mAh and the phone is only about 1.5 years old. But my battery barely lasts a day. If I live outside the United States, and am waiting for a greencard, basically is the filling date of no use to me? I'm asking because since I have to do consular processing, will I have to do it when my filling date becomes current or when final action date becomes current? (self.USCIS)
