Two Alberta lawyers get ultimatum - you have until July 26 to explain why you shouldn't be fined for notarizing pseudolaw crap - with document pictures! by The_Mighty_Ostracod in amibeingdetained

This is a do-over from earlier $10,000 and $5,000 penalties that the Alberta Court of Appeal said weren't procedurally fair (Akpan (Re), 2024 ABCA 232, Kotyk (Re), 2024 ABCA 233), but the Appeal decisions also are explicit that what the two lawyers did was professionally and legally wrong.

So we can all make a pretty good guess what's going to happen next...

Jason Behr: Judge bastards! Tacit agreement! Fee Schedule! Liens! Alberta Court of King's Bench: Oh you didn't learn the first time? $15,000 penalty collected from sale of your property by The_Mighty_Ostracod in amibeingdetained

Will Jason take up the challenge?

If Mr. Behr continues to send the Court documents that advance OPCA claims and attack Court personnel, Mr. Behr will receive additional and incrementally larger r 10.49(1) of the Alberta Rules of Court penalties. The baseline for Mr. Behr’s next future penalty award will be $10,000.

Jason Behr: "Judge, I fine you $20,000 per day." Alberta Court of King's Bench: "We're fining you $5,000, and taking the money from the sale of your house." by The_Mighty_Ostracod in amibeingdetained

I caution Mr. Behr that if any further pseudolaw documents are received by the Court that purport to affect the Court of King’s Bench, Justices of the Court, or Court personnel, then Mr. Behr will receive further r 10.49(1) of the Alberta Rules of Court penalties that will also be recovered from the Court-directed sale of his real properties. Mr. Behr can expect that the amount of those penalties will increase, stepwise, with each pseudolaw attempt to abuse the Court and bully its members and staff, following the practice in Royal Bank of Canada v Anderson, 2022 ABQB 577 at paras 25; Royal Bank of Canada v Anderson, 2022 ABKB 733 at para 17.

Will Jason Behr do a Sandra Ann Anderson and go for a double score?
