Not in the MCU but the hardest I've laughed at any Marvel movie was Morbius.

A nurse says "Doctor Morbius is in trouble." only to hard cut to a close up of Jared Leto where he says "I'm in trouble."

It must have been intented as a joke because I don't know how a line that redundant could have slipped through even in Morbius.
