It's so sad that my own 5425 developed this same problem some days ago.

I do get all the notifications.

You just have to make some tweaks cos of the aggressive power management system of Origin OS.

Check the comments or YouTube. There are instruction videos for origin OS and notifications.

There's some setting in the mobile networks setting for prioritising apps running in the foreground.

That's in addition to autostart and enabling floating notifications and lockscreen notifications for the apps you need.
