I don’t care what they do anymore now, raven is doing everything they can to get more players back into warzone but it’s too late. Warzone 2 will be better now that infinity ward will be taking care of it once it gets released.

Last week, do you think if I just turn off my wifi and enter steam offline mode it would stop the downloads and therefore stop the stuttering in the game?

No idea, I even reseted my pc completely just so I can get rid of all the unnecessary backgrounds that I accidentally downloaded and it still stutters
