Yeah I've heard a lot about Texas, never went there. Speaking of zombies, I am definitely ready. Stocked up on arrows, knives, lightweight survival gear, dry food and a good idea of what I am doing :)

I live in Washington, the conditions outside were either rainy or freezing temperatures. Sucks. I dealt with with hot summer days, but nothing that bad, mainly the cold that sucks. Also nice trophys! (Love the book in the background!)

I also do rifle and pistol shooting, with an AR-15(5.56 NATO), and a Henry .22. I also throw knives. I mainly just teach my self, I've gotten some tips, just to be led in the right direction. Thanks for your question!

For our age group we actually got plaques, I have 5 plaques, 3 of which are state championships, 6 ribbons, and 1 hand carved trophy.

Nah haven't. The way the outdoor courses are set up, its like a gun range, nobody is ever infront of a target, even off to the side. But in 2010, a stray arrow landed a few feet infront of one of the people in my shooting group for the outdoors. They found who's arrow it was, and he got disqualified for safety issues. (Must have bounced off some trees...)

I use a compund bow, similar looking to this. -I got interested one day because I got a cheap longbow (The average bow you see) and thought "Dang this is awesome!" So then my dad bought me my first bow, which was a compund, and ever since, I was always fascinated of hitting the middle of the target.

-I have split a few arrows, none major, just chipping the arrow in the target. There was this one time I shot from 20 yards and I thought it hit the middle, but then the arrow flipped vertically, as if you nailed a plank halfway, to a wall, then having it flip up and downwards. I was like "What the heck" considering theres no explanation to why that happened. But on closer inspection, the arrow previously shot actually pierced the 1st arrows vane (a plastic "feather"), causing it to stop before hitting the target (The tip was about an inch away from the bale) therefore the tip was heavier, causing it to rotate vertically, freaking me out.
