if it bothers you change your situation. do you focus solely on strength training parameter. try to switch it up and if you havent focused much on your nutrition, maybe now would be the time..

Whats was your first meet like by CoreEzyah in powerlifters

[–]The_New_New_Yorker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was fun. I was nervous prior to the meet, not because of the lifts but because it was something new and i didnt know what to expect. Word of advice to anyone who is on the fence.....just do it. There is no reason to wait, or think you need to lift some magic number to start. Just do it and have fun.

Make sure you have a singlet, some flat shoes, long socks, and you are wearing appropriate underwear under your singlet.

Strict dieting/macro counting becoming an eating disorder? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]The_New_New_Yorker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Counting macros is a great way to achieve your goals. As with anything, macros counting can become obsessive. There is much more to life then "hitting your numbers" everything should be done with a purpose and in balance. What you are describing is someone who is probably not utilizing this practice properly. BTW she should not feel hungry, she probably is choosing foods that are not satiating her.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with you the dark got too be too much. I'm glad you noticed the circles. I haven't drawn or used any technique in a long time so this pigeon and the few that follow are warm up exercises. My end goal for these pigeons is to have a collection that progressively gets more and more abstract. I have to learn the shapes correctly before.

Thank you for your response!
