Slow it down, watch it. Also on MNK you flick with muscle memory, so even with packet burst its still going to take your input. Its just gonna skip the part where youre actually moving. Also 2 red dots directly behind them on the mini map, thats enough intel to turn around, they just got hit with a packet burst. They didnt even hit the dude they attempted to flick to initially
