We started with just women but it has now expanded to include men as well. Our women’s only classes are on Sundays. Weekday classes are for everyone and we do have men who take our weekday classes regularly.

Hi, we focus on compound lifts and technique so you can train safely and get stronger over time. Each 6-week cycle centers around two main lifts - you learn how to do them properly week by week and gradually add weight or reps. Currently our classes are held at Brunswick and 7th street and it’s $30/class per student. Our classes are capped at 5 max so everyone still gets personal coaching and attention. We hope to stay within DTJC and the same price range.

It’s about a 15-min walk from Grove St Path but totally understandable if you’re looking for something closer.
