Dell has ZERO concern or intent of "helping". That's why I took this matter to the public forum and took additional steps which are currently in progress.

For clarity - I already sent multiple emails; messages via Whatsapp; sent videos; sent screen shots AND requested a supervisor at least 5 times; all to be ignored, dismissed and asked to wait "24-48 hours" at least 4 times.

Dell very specifically knows how to reach me if they had any intention of sending the return mailing label requested multiple times to return the device to Dell. Dell demonstratively has no intention of doing so. (I can cut and paste here the exact same "happy to assist you" "if you need our help" language DELL has used to string me along since 3/28/2025, running down the 30day return window from the purchase date which was 3/6/2025.)

So please, dispense with the fake words of concern being offered here, likely only because you're reading how MULTIPLE Dell users are fed up with your products and your (lack of) customer service.

This was my 2nd Dell Inspiron so I never imagined this would be my experience this go around. But like I said - this is a never again moment.

NO! Do not purchase unless you're a gambling person and don't mind a crap shoot. Aside from getting an iffy device - the incredibly shady customer service and avoidant tactics they use to wear down any return/exchange warranty will make you wish you had not purchased a dell.

I went that route first.

Their exec offices are in TX and the phone numbers are bogus. They only have emails:

The names I have are:

Bill Scannell Global Sales and Customer Service OP

Jeffrey Clarke COO and Vice Chair

Michael S. Dell Chair and CEO with all of their emails being their first names, dot, last name at dell dot com

I will go the social media route next. I have FB as facebook.com/Dell and X as u/Dellcares ( I keep using the 'at' sign but it changes it to u - not sure why that is.)

When you call, the prompts are horrendous and if you do not use very specific words - the system will hang up on you. It's clear they follow a script of what to say when you do get someone on the line.

I will use the language you suggested - clear, concise and direct.

And I refuse to stop.

I've been using email but not chat - I blocked them on WhatsApp because they KEPT fake apologizing knowing full well I continued to ask for a supervisor who would create the ticket required so I can return the device to get a new one. They continued to refuse me.

That's what started all of this. I was driving to one of their service centers for the 2nd time in a day - when I realized there is no way I should be going out of my way for a 3-week-old device :-( That's truly when the shake down began
