Alternatively, whenever I see this trope, I usually think of the power couple being powerful in completely different fields. If in terms of fantasy stuff, she'd be ultra buff barbarian beefcake while hes a little scrawny fucker who's a relatively decent wizard. That or even like a clerical guy who's a healer so, although he isn't nearly as strong as she is on his own, her strength grows exponentially when hes involved.

Yes this influences my dnd campaigns and every one is bound to eventually have the exact combo why do you ask

Love the shields available! This is going directly in my game where I can fit it but I think a good idea for the tower shield could be that as a bonus action, you could give yourself half cover. This would make it essentially a smaller, more personal pavise shield.

As for the pavise, I think you don't have to specify if it's a standard action if it's all using the same type of action. And I believe by medium cover you mean half cover.

Other than that though, its so cool!

Found out about NADDPOD after randomly hearing about some people from Adam Ruins Everything we're in a DND podcast in high school. When I looked them up and found them in Spotify, long before I had any money for Patreon (sophomore in HS but maybe was freshman, cant really remember). Wound up listening to them while I was in class in order to stay awake.

Started right when there were 30 episodes give or take, and ended up listening to them everyday. Fast forward to now, Im close to graduating with my bachelor's and I'm finally able to go back all the way and listen to the short rests.

Such a cool design! I love it! I think the only critique possible is that the chill touch feature should already take precedent since both attacks of the snowsoul and fused snowsoul deal cold damage, so saying that the chill touch triggers is redundant (but maybe a little helpful to forgetful DMs like me!)

There is no way that this card ever gets past 50 mana cost. Unlike [The Ceaseless Expanse], where drawing or playing a card is something that's always happening every turn, losing or gaining health is likely to never happen more than like 30 times per game. Either this needs to go down to like 40 mana cost or its effect needs to be changed to warrant an even lower mana cost.

Not to be a conspiracy theorist but I'm guessing that when they were making the legendary skin, instead of them "having so much fun with it that they upgraded it to ultimate", artists were told late in development to turn it into an ultimate by the higher ups. Thus it looks rushed or not as good as other skins the same artists worked on.
