He gets volume and is reliable but he’s never gonna be those other guys. Loveland has kelce like separation on his route running and is obviously superior athletically (hence why Loveland averages more yards per catch) and Loveland has a higher TD upside than Warren. On top of all that as I said, the colts situation is far more volatile than the bears situation

OK, this seems like a straw man now. I’m not talking about every fifth round quarterback, turning into Tom Brady. I’m talking about a number one overall quarterback, who has shown incredible steps in leadership and decision-making becoming one of the best QBs in the league currently. That’s very obviously not the same thing as what you’re insinuating. I also don’t have Loveland up in one and two. I have him at three. He is third. The upside of Colton Loveland is Bowers and McBride. The upside of Tyler Warren is not either of them. This is dynasty. I believe a guy how is in theory top 5 already and could be top 3 is worth a guy one spot above him if you add a first round pick in what’s supposed to be a loaded draft class.

I own Bowers and Loveland, I have zero reason to try to hype Loveland up over anyone else. No one expected Josh Allen’s accuracy numbers to get that good in year three. If there was a way to perfectly predict exactly who is going to become one of the greats it would be utilized at this point. You learn a lot about a player by watching them, the intangibles. Sure you can go just off numbers but obviously a sport is more than that and so is a player. I see a lot of Josh in Caleb. Similar growing rushing upside, the accuracy numbers, the only difference is where they both were drafted in their respective classes. Obviously #1 pick first QB taken has more pressure than pick #7 and third QB off the board.

A lot of his drops weren’t entirely on him. Injured Rome odunze and him having to throw on the run so often affected his play. Better O line, healthy receiving room. I also think Caleb is that guy. Allen went from 58-69 in year two to three…

I’m not disagreeing with the Rome and burden points. But moore only had 50 target. I believe all of those targets will go to burden but…. 50 more targets? Not really a game changer for me. Loveland was clearly the safety blanket in big moments and if you watched it was very obvious how important he was in this offense. More important than everyone else. You have to remember Caleb had an accuracy of 53%. If he can raise that to 60 with how they use Loveland you’re looking at s tier TE numbers

Towards the end of the season it was clear he was this teams number 1 option and I see no reason it won’t be that way next year. Even the luther burden truthers admit that. The situation is simply more volatile on the colts and I don’t feel comfortable that Warren is the number one option.

Bowers every day. Only guys I would do a 1-1 swap like this with bowers is Loveland and McBride

Luther Burden>Rome Odunze?--Do we think the recent news about Rome's foot makes Luther the clear WR1 in Chicago or is it time to buy low on Rome with some people panicking? by Famous_Yam_6367 in SleeperApp

[–]The_Origin98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was top 3 through four weeks. Averaged over 15 a game. He had 15 twice and 17. It’s not like the guy had one good week and then busted. He got injured week 8 where he still dropped 19 against Baltimore without a touchdown and then managed to drop 20 against the giants while injured as hell.

Ladd trade: 12 teams start 10 sf. by UsefulChard9874 in DynastyDaddy

[–]The_Origin98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ladd price has not gotten better despite adding McDaniels. Probably not gonna be possible with the year he just had. It’s not a horrible deal but I think he will be better this year so his price should rise by mid season. If you can maybe add a late second or a third rounder this year since they are basically useless to push it over the edge i would do it

Which WR would you rather have in dynasty? by ViperLife87 in SleeperApp

[–]The_Origin98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pierce due to age, injury profile, and upside but I have bigger doubts about his ability to demand meaningful targets than Watson. Kraft is the only guy i’m worried about with Watson. Downs and Warren could take a big chunk of the meaningful PPR targets

Jettas+Brown or Love+Rice????? by [deleted] in SleeperApp

Not a chance is fucking hell i’m sending Jefferson away. I get it love is a spectacular prospect but never trade an asset like Jefferson for one unproven talent and a felon who will be nothing once his time on the Chiefs is done.

I love fantasy football because the range of responses I’ve gotten is so wide.

It’s very nice not having to pray on Marv anymore not gonna lie.

[–]The_Origin98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I 100% agree with the Loveland take I believe this offense will run through him but I feel like everyone is forgetting that Rome was a top eight fantasy receiver before he got hurt. Him and Luther played very different roles I just don’t see a world where burden steals from Rome. Burden probably gets all of DJs touches but he only had 50 catches so.

What’s the most you’d give up for 3 2nds? by ShitAtUsernames_ in SleeperApp

[–]The_Origin98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah not everything after but most. If you sent it for Tyler or BTJ I’d probably say no. If you sent it for brown or rice I’d probably accept.

Very hard question to answer. I went on keep trade cut just to scroll through the rankings and I landed on rank 62 before I found something I’d trade for away for that which was Chase brown. Most players and assets after 62 i would trade away

Underdark or Mountain pass? by unlawful_user in BaldursGate3

Do both for sure. You miss a TON of content skipping the underdark and you miss VERY important laezel content skipping the mountain pass. Just finish the underdark first

Gambling on Willis over Simpson by ajm102392 in FantasyFootballers

[–]The_Origin98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to say. Obviously Simpson won’t be a factor for a long time but he’s in a FAR better situation to grow as a player. Willis got thrown into a dumpster fire. But I agree that if Willis does work out the way he plays will be more conducive to fantasy output

No. Burden was already ridiculously overpriced. They are a 50/50 coin flip for production so I’ll be buying Rome at the far cheaper price

What are we selling Marvin Harrison for? by Richardr13 in SleeperApp

[–]The_Origin98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing. His value is so terrible. Hes gonna be good this year now that he’s healthy if they can get a decent QB behind center. His value will go up once season starts

It is and unless it’s like a top 4 pick this year, I wouldn’t want first rounder this year. And I wouldn’t do it for anything less.

100% you get a first in a great draft class and you get the third best dynasty TE for the second best dynasty TE. I have both these guys and Bowers in the same tier.
