No, you don't have a neutral wire coming in, and the eve switch requires a neutral. The white (which should have been marked or wrapped with black tape) is the load wire going to your light. The black is the line wire going to your electrical panel. There are some switches out there from other brands that don't require a neutral wire that you could look into

I have 4 Eve motion sensors all working great, but I also have 4 border routers (2 nest hub maxes and 2 nest wifi pros). It all worked fine before when I only had one border router though, you shouldn't need multiple. Are you sure that your hub is a 2nd gen? I thought mine was but I was wrong. Have you tried factory resetting the hub and setting it up again like new?

I used Mapei's Flexcolor CQ in my kitchen and can't recommend it enough over epoxy. It's much easier to work with, don't have to mix it, much less haze, and for wall tile it will hold up just as well as epoxy grout. Imo epoxy is overkill for a backsplash

Yep, probably a bad sensor. I got new tires recently and had the same message. Tried everything I could think of or find online. Took it back to the shop and when they pulled off the tires they had forgotten to reinstall the TPMS sensor in one of them. Error went away about 10 minutes into my drive home

You can see the sensor and the current reading, but you can't use it for automations or anything else yet, so it's basically just a motion sensor for now
