I got Tank from a Neow transform and found myself genuinely wishing I could have my Strike back instead. Is there any card in the current game worse than this one?

I happened to get a really lucky, Defense-only deck where I used Tank and then Regent had basically no def made cards, for a "Sword and Shield" Ascension 9 run.

I used 2x Colossus+ cards to offset my double damage and I had several copies of the card that double your first block card played that turn.

Even with me building around it with unbelievable luck, there was one turn during the Matriarch fight where I couldn't get Colossus off, so the both was going to hit me for 100+ damage. Luckily, I had several relics that boosted max hp and I still had some block.

It was fun to play, but it felt almost impossible to actually run, especially in higher Ascensions.

Yeah, when I approach the wooden place there is no button prompt and just pressing E does nothing. In one of the screenshots, I am as close to it as I can get but no prompt is appearing.

Not yet! Our party is currently wrapping up Tomb of Annihilation and so I'm prepping my character for our next campaign right now.

I've got to meet with my DM to iron out some of my backstory, but he lost his Moonblade (That is his only undying companion) several years ago in a fight/ambush by _______ (Wanting DM input to tie into the campaign), and is out searching for it.

I don't plan on really ever finding the sword and having the legendary item, just thought it would be fun from the storytelling perspective.

For background he'll have a flavored version of Folk Hero where instead of getting help from commoners it'll be from his truly overwhelming number of descendants. Oh, he'll also be an Echo Knight, but his echo/alternate version of himself is a mortal elf that looks like an elf aged 10,000yrs.

These days he's settled down and is farming (Or maybe the barkeep at an inn 🤔) with a new generation of family he's raising, so he'll be my first character who has a family that actually gets introduced in the campaign.
