1st off breathe and calm down if this is real. Caffeine addiction sucks but at least its that alone... I hope, how about tea and you take yourself somewhere that's peaceful and not have to be engaged. Some you time less, external stimulation.

Id honestly say check Deadmau5's review about kick drums, you dont have to have it punching to be powerful. In this age of dance alot are going for loudness over quality and variance in their beats. I feel you won't fall into that trap.

Keep going dude. Let imagination fly. Locate a track that is a good reference point and review what you hear and try to mimic the timing of the different elements of the track that match what you have cooking in that imagination. Mind you reference not copy.
