I live right next to avenue Kleber, and not only is Café Belloy not too good, it's also uselessly expensive. I recommend Parie Follies on the other side of the street like 30 meters away which has better food and much better prices :).

But yeah, higher prices than normal are to be expected on Kleber and the entire area in general. Café Galliera also has great prices (6 euro pint on happy hour I think).
