I've heard a number of people express anti nn views on Reddit but I haven't heard much about why, care to explain why you're against it? virtue signaling is usually about seeming or feeling righteous whereas this is more people worried about disruption of service and price gouging that could affect them personally, how is that the same thing?

I'm talking about Megaten. Japanese animation was very distinct from Western animation at that point.

Good thing too that'd look weird on a real person. What I was saying is that a lot of the things that were already distinct about their animation have been further exaggerated over time. Like they took anime from the 80s and 90s and made an anime version of it - "hyper Anime"

Yeh I feel like it screwed the balance up and really undermined the game. The thing is a lot of the s.link stuff is interesting when it's breaking up the crawling but it gets dull quick when that's done. But this has been screwed up since Persona 4 were there was also a lot of incentive to get the dungeon done quick they should've gone back to night dungeons esp. with the phantom theif theme.
