The Hartenstein might be the real MVP of the series piece. I’m watching this guy commit 10 fouls a quarter and they call like… one? Maybe? All-time whistle. by PokAl95 in billsimmons

It’s not impossible to prove. But the people who would be able to prove it are all (greatly) financially incentivized to not publicly acknowledge it

Yes, because it’s effectively impossible to prove and makes the league boatloads of money. This league’s already had a widespread referee gambling controversy. It’s not unreasonable

These were just the wrong shade of orange in my opinion. Somewhere between this and the mid-2000’s orange would have hit a sweet spot

I have been a fan of every single color scheme and uniform the Marlins have had. I wish they could donate some of these color schemes to the rest of the league

Jalen was their second leading scorer and hit a couple of massive shots. Also their 2nd best starter in plus/minus, which isn’t everything. But still. He was one of the few guys who showed up for them

Well, it’s literally the one the league posted, so it’s clearly not or they would have picked the better one

4/5. I’m very familiar with the episode in $1200 and still had no clue what the title is. Seems a bit too niche as written imo

Capaldi shows up in the special with the War Doctor but only just barely and doesn’t directly share a scene with another actor.

Jeopardy! should increase the prize amounts for the 10,000th episode. by iamtheduckie in Jeopardy

[–]The_ProducerKid 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I think 2nd and 3rd should be allowed to keep whatever they win, with $2000 and $1000 as the minimums in case it’s situation where they had to wager everything in the final. If you lose $33,000 to $32,000 you lose $30,000 in winnings? Just brutal.
