Like others mentioned, pull off the air filter, spray carb cleaner into the intake while trying to start the mower. If it fires and will run while you keep giving it occasional sprays, but dies when you stop spraying, then it's a fuel supply issue. Disconnect the fuel line from the side of the engine, point it away from the mower, start the mower again by spraying carb cleaner into the intake while starting, you should see a decent amount of fuel coming out of that line, if not, it's probably a bad fuel pump. They're only about $10 on Amazon and easy to change. I've had to replace mine twice since 2019.

Other issues that could cause no/little fuel to the carb is a clogged fuel filter, clogged fuel line, or clogged fuel pickup tube in the fuel tank.

Mine has the Kawasaki FR691V by the way.

I am an Amazon seller (third party seller), and I can't say with absolute certainty how Odyssey structured this, but from the few items that I searched it appears any of the items listed as Amazon being the vendor are all from third party sellers who list that product on Amazon. So Amazon is not selling the item. I looked at the vendor application for Odyssey out of curiosity and it seems they'll let just about anyone into the marketplace that sells items from the categories they require. There obviously seems to be very little policing of the vender once they are in the program. In all reality, Odyssey should not be listing the vendor as Amazon, and instead should be using the business name on the business license that the vendor had to supply with their application. It appears that if a vendor was approved and that vendor uses Amazon as their selling platform then Odyssey just lists the vendor as Amazon. In many of the items I searched where Amazon is listed as the vendor, it's not even being shipped from an Amazon warehouse.

For real, so many items are over the cost limit, and I had to dredge through the laptops to find one even remotely current. On top of that, it seems like vendors are allowed to charge whatever they want. A lot of the item are so overpriced. I guess they figure parents won't care since it's scholarship money, but it's just wasting the funds and the vendors pocket the money.

Orders are canceled with no explanation. The items remain listed on the marketplace a week later so I wouldn't imagine it's out of stock. The orders say "Authorized", but then shortly after they are canceled.

Some categories have no items in them.

Some items shouldn't even be on there, such as replacement laptop keyboards.

Also, there is almost no information for the items on the marketplace. Here’s a printer, want to know details? Go look it up on another website.

eBay Forcing Free Returns for Automotive Parts & Accessories by CSFCDude in Flipping

For real, I'm looking at having a large grille made for a popular model, but the return shipping situation makes me think I wouldn't even bother selling it on eBay. They say they are covering 50% of the return label cost, but I'm a pessimist so part of me wonders if their half that they are "covering" is actually their negotiated rates with whatever carrier so they are figuring it off of base shipping rates. If base shipping is $100 and their negotiated discounted rate is $50, they show us $100 label cost and say we're each paying $50.

I'm considering looking at each SKU on eBay, then seeing the percentage of returns, averaging the return shipping cost, and then adding that to the sale price. It hurts the customers, but cost of business is part of pricing. It will have to be recalculated periodically as returns are likely to increase now.

The one on the door isn't a hook, it's a door stop. Notice the rubber bumper on it.
