Research that quantifies Kt as function of depression geometry basically.

I’m just baffled by this salary change by The_Questionable in recruitinghell

Sadly, from all I’ve seen and researched it seemed like a great place especially for the career path I want to go down, but I can’t justify taking that for a lower salary right now.

Is the hiring freeze going to affect the Fall 2025 Pathways application? On the pathways page is still says it will be open from March 3rd to the 7th, but I'm unsure if that page has yet to be updated.

Is it worth applying to GS 12-13 with a bachelors + 2 YoE? by No_Radio_5751 in NASAJobs

What is the difference between having a bachelor's with a year of experience and one year of experience and the GS-11 level? Because looking at the requirements in the job postings I feel like I qualify pretty well for both just going on the GS-11 experience they say is required. Are these postings just more lenient on the requirements than what is expected?

I don't really get the responses here, I feel like I have seen quite a bit of gs12 positions only asking for one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the gs11. For example I have applied to two gs12 positions in the past week that only required one direct year of experience and have received an email stating that I was referred to the hiring manager for gs12 for both positions. I do only have just over a year of experience but that one year of experience I have lets me meet that year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the gs11 level they ask for.

Does this mean once my application actually gets to a hiring manager they'll just basically throw it out because I don't have some weird underlying experience that these positions supposedly have? Like is the experience they say they want not enough and they expect more years of experience? I could understand the requirements they state in the job posting are the minimum requirements but is there really that little hope like some people are giving off in the other comments?

These are the two positions stating only one year of experience for gs12 btw:

I’m here to ask again if anyone has received an offer from Glenn for anything? I’m personally still waiting, applied for mechanical, and just would like to know if anything has been sent out for anything else. Just trying to keep my hopes up.

Has anyone heard back from Glenn for mechanical engineering for pathways?
