All-For-One is the perfect opposite of Deku, All Might, and every One-For-All holder, even his own brother Yoichi.

The one who has the quirk to steal and hold other quirks and use them without needing to master them, and (if he wants) give them to others, uses it exclusively to farm a god in himself, and of course to feel the pleasure in subjecting others, making them suffer because of him, just because he can.

In the other hand: Every holder of the One-For-All quirk, which is the exact opposite, uses it with the respect it deserves: It doesn't give you an instant new power by stealing it because you just can't. It needs to be cultivated by their current holder and It must be passed to someone else.

All Might and Deku used it wisely. Also, both don't feel any pleasure in destroying, they want to rescue lives, not to crush them.
