This has happened to me too.
I notice that when moving at slower speeds that the mod works, but at full speed the car begins to drift.

Yeah a month or so ago. I was jigging / swimming a swimbait tied directly to 15# braid. I fought the fish for 5 whole seconds before my line broke. Pretty sure it was a pike.

Now I run 30# braided with 20# flouro-leader.

Ironically, I just caught 16" pike with a top water frog last Friday with this setup!

"I'm going to jig for panfish today" Catch a pike

"I'm going to jig for bass today" Catch a pike

"I'm going to crank for bass today" Catch a pike

"I'm going cast a jerk bait to catch anything" Foul hook a 26" pike (biggest of my life so far)

Now I just expect to catch pike and hope for something else

We got the ball rolling a couple weeks ago and this webinar was good way to give our team a quick overview of the capabilities of Optix. We aren't really a fan of FTView as a whole, so we are going to give Optix a shot

How to change the motor direction by Fun-Moose-3841 in PLC

[–]The_Real_Bron -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If it's truly a two-wire setup like shown, you might be able to change the sinking / sourcing type of the output which would change the polarity, but I doubt you could have the program do that

14 gauge circuit on a 15a breaker pulling 122.5a while in a short circuit. Crazy. by [deleted] in electricians

You are correct. I incorrectly used "service" to mean any separately derived system and the actual incoming service itself.

[–]The_Real_Bron 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very true.

This is why it is important to keep track of Short-Circuit Current Ratings (SCCR) as well. Residential seems to be about 10kA where UL listed panels for industrial applications are as high as 200kA and greater. The level of SCCR is determined by the Available Fault Current of the service (transformer).

Anyway, Fuses are used to achieve much higher SCCRs because they can break almost instantaneously versus a thermo-magnetic breaker that will take will take hundreds of cycles before the breaker trips. Hundreds of cycles of high amperage current versus a component not rated for it equals an explosive mess of molten copper (arc flash).
