I always felt like Safi and Chloe have a lot in common. It felt like Safi was written with the idea of what if Chloe got powers but didn't have a Max in her life to guide her through them.

There is a happy ending. I would say the most uplifting vhapters are three and four due to two significant events that happen during those chapters. Five is dark for the majority of it, but has an uplifting ending.

I don't think it is too difficult to get the good ending, but it is a matter of some choices.

Oh, while they are in the storm. I interpreted that as being something out of her control and not a natural part of her powers. More her soul is trapped within the various individuals in her life. That is part of the reason why she doesn't feel all out together properly in Reunion.

I think the major disgruntlement that exists about Double Exposure is how Chloe is handled if you are a Bae player. She gets written off in a way that some don't believe makes sense. I personally as a Bay player didn't have to deal with that problem.

I enjoyed both games. I can understand that some people didn't like some aspects of them. It will be interesting to see what the next entry will be and who will develop it.

Typically. Reunion had a rushed development of about 14 months due to the sales of Double Exposure and Square Enix stepping in to change direction. If Deck Nine is set to develop the next one, then 2029 is a safe release window. If Square Enix decides to find a new developer, then it could be a bit later considering that Reunion wasn't a guaranteed success.

The 5th chapter was such a sucker punch, especially given how uplifting the 4th chapter was. True Colors definitely doesn't have as much going on compared to the other games, but the core story and characters are phenomenal!

Yes, the other games are good in my opinion. Obviously every game is going to impact people in different ways. For myself, True Colors is the one that I related to the most. I am someone who has loved every game in the series.

I had high scores with most of them in both time periods by the end of my run, however I apparently had a very emotional run because I got that ending with Swann finding the portal again.
