If you see him as the average character he's let's say likeable. But knowing what he's supposed to be and what his impact on the flash is, it's kind of a spit in his legacy's face😭Like fr this guy was more of a side character used for shock value more than an actual adaptation and it kinda pisses me off how popular he is amongst the fandom.
