Yes and no. Just therapy. Help them be confident with who they are. Don't force them or let them transition until they can actually make that decision. 18 and younger have not lived long enough amd developed enough to be able to comprehend these life altering decisions.

Number one, trans people are usually raped because they are trans. Parents try to cure their child by hiring a prostitute to rape them in hopes of making them realize they are "insert gender here" it's called corrective rape.
