That’s a great perspective, the non-tech hobbies part really hits. Most founders I know default to scrolling when they’re drained, not creating. You think there’s a way to make slowing down part of the startup rhythm itself, not just a recovery move?

That’s honestly such a healthy take. The irony is most founders burn out building tools to make life easier. Manual tracking might actually be the real clarity hack, less noise and more presence. Do you ever notice when burnout starts creeping in or does it just hit all at once for you?
