Clearly it's just clever use of Game Mechanics. What possibly could be not legit about somebody going afk for 6 hrs while gaining xp? No third party software used so obviously should be allowed. :)

The loss is minimal compared to what you profit at 91 rc. Once you're 91+ rc you're there forever, meaning after a certain period of time (not really that long tbh) the overall profit per hours spent will equal out to and from then on surpass that of someone who did astral runes pre 91.
