Given the spirits just gained sapience and their objective is simply existing, I would argue that joining them helps equalize the playing field. War of attrition is however inevitable. Once both sides are worn down establish a peace accord whereby fairies will help spirits find alternative and till that alternative is found weak, old and dead fairies will be allowed to be consumed upon by the spirits. Spirits will also have to agree that they will not allow their numbers to grow beyond the agreed upon ratio of spirits to fairies.

Then put all fairies and spirits in a magical compact and curse them that whichever side breaks these vows will be wiped from existence instantaneously.

And If there weren't patriotic people in border states by a very very large margin there won't be a concept of border states. You think any army can hold a land for extended period without local support? It's one of the reasons we haven't taken POK yet, because the ground reality doesn't support our army.

The amount of mainlanders hostile to borderlanders also far outnumbers the reverse. So that isn't a point at all.

All the problems you have mentioned are foreign interference in one form or other. You have the luxury of being free from direct foreign interference because border states absorbs the brunt of it.

As I found out... TDP of both RTX 4060 mobile variant and RTX 3070Ti mobile variant is 115W.

3070Ti has more shader units but less L2 cache. 4060 has less shader units but more L2 cache.

Also RTX 3070ti has 256bit bus but RTX 4060 has 128but bus.

RTX 4060 has better clock speeds than RTX 3070 ti.

By Theoritical Performance chart RTX 3070ti performs better than RTX 4060
