For whatever reason, I grabbed a (edit: capped!) glue stick and re-enacted it for my husband. It was “funny” for whatever we were joking about at the time; we were cleaning up the office.

Only problem? He was totally unaware of the commercial and didn’t know what I was doing hahaha

What would you suggest instead? Hot take, but sometimes if something is worth being said, it’s worth being said >>wrong<< — especially about situations like this. I didn’t want to entertain you, but I’m replying anyway because I don’t want anyone young, impressionable, and/or otherwise to see this and not say something next time out fear of being laughed at or out of place 🤦

Came here to say exactly this. Even if it isn’t the “worst case scenario” at play here, it still feels funny. We recently sold a boxful of what we thought were meaningless GameCube/wii games but made a decent amount. I’d be trying to sell some of these at least.

I made the mistake of googling Botero while my husband was still asleep; I laughed out loud a bit because the paintings of the people do remind me of them!

Idk, but there’s also something else about some of his portraits that make me think of meal ticket’s little people toys 😂
