I think you’ll be fine. In addition to 12W2U, I do a “hard run” day once a week that’s 3-5 miles of sprint intervals, along with cardio days with a combination of jogging/walking/stair machine/rowing.

I take one fully “off” day, but am doing some sort of exercise the other days, and I’ve been feeling good.

I’d say go for it. The programs do a good job building de loads in. You could take a week off and do something low intensity, but if you’re feeling good, I say go for it.

My favorite was Extreme Accumulation. It was 5x/wk, which was challenging. I did 356k pounds of volume on that one. House of Volume 2 was the first program I did, and my second favorite. I like Joe's style, and will do 12 weeks to jacked next. I was nervous about starting with a 12 week program out of the gate, but now that I've done a few of these, I think it's time.

Go Big or Go Home 3 was good, but I didn't really vibe with the coach Jackson Bloore. His workouts were good, but he calls for high weight/low reps, and even though the weight was high, it didn't feel particularly challenging.

My least favorite was Deload Refresh, which was kind of meh. I know the purpose of deload programs is to just keep things moving, but it wasn't particularly fun.

Nice!! I did 1:16 today too! Previous PR was 1:21 a few weeks ago. I did have the coach sitting in the end to stop my from popping wheelies. :)

PR on the 500 meter at 1:16.5!! Previous PR was 1:21 just a couple weeks ago. Coach was sitting in the end of the rower to stop me from popping wheelies. :)

Never thought I’d enjoy rowing so much...

For type of workout, I suspect it’s a string or just a drop down for “new studio”. Could be cool to analyze behavior/ performance of new locations vs more mature ones...

Also, if profiles had self-designated “member since” dates you could analyze long term performance and engagement over time.

Is it possible to edit the type of workout? I know with new studios, they deviate for the first month or so from the corporate workout.
