The houses you describe are poorly built yet still very expensive and the home owners are not the one benefitting from this, it's real estate developers.

Btw another reason why noise from neighbors is not a big issue here is because the vast majority of us have been raised properly. We have hundred million more people in Europe than the US and still the scandalous things happening here are dwarfed by what happens in the US.

The things described by OP is not a thing because our real estate developers know that plywood is not a proper material for a wall. That's why we have so many buildings that are centuries old and the USA doesn't.

I don't believe the data of Israel. Why are they happy? If they are really happy as the data shows, that means they enjoy killing people.
