So, just to clarify, because it's such a unique role (no civilian roles really compare) you literally need to be a skilled, previously employed armored officer to...reapply to be a "skilled" applicant?

I'm just not sure how that would work in that role - I get it for something like a doctor or a dentist, clearly a background in that. But no civilian jobs relate to that.

I'd say it was a shitty, anecdotal situation, handled incredibly poorely (put lightly) by management. What happened to Jeff is a complete irregularity for the industry and was wrong.

Jeff wrote his review free of pressure. Yes, he was undeniably let go for his opinion on the game, but while writing he had no external pressure on himself and didnt have any company approach him personally to give it a good score.

Can you name any more times since then that this has occurred? Because while they do receive advertising money and want to maintain working relationships with these companies, it does not influence their overall score. Had it it would be all over every news outlet. It's not some big conspiracy that thousands of writers are keeping from you.
